As a member of the North State Building Industry Association (BIA) and the American Lighting Association (ALA), Bella Lighting stays up-to-date with the driving forces of the building and lighting industries.

Debra Griffin has been a business developer for over 20 years. Besides successfully founding Bella Lighting, her experience includes business development for Scott & Baldwin CPAs and business process auditing for Home Base.

Debra has been on the board for the North State Building Industry Association (BIA) and the Placer County Contractor’s Board, along with membership with the Sacramento and El Dorado Business Exchanges, the National Association of Home Builders and the American Lighting Association.

Heavily involved in community outreach efforts for the North State BIA, Debra has raised thousands of dollars to provide scholarships for those wishing to enter the building industry. Her community outreach efforts have also aided veterans and the homeless get shelter and rehabilitation.
